Clinton graduated from the University of Auckland in 1990. While his practice includes some general property matters, he specialises in general civil litigation and other Court work and has appeared in all Courts up to the Court of Appeal. Clinton has a particular expertise in the area of Unit Titles and Body Corporate law in which he provides advice, opinion work and litigation services to bodies corporate, their secretaries and owners. |
